After applying your PPF, we recommend you avoid touching areas where film has been applied. Avoid washing vehicle for the following 5-7days. There will be some trapped moisture underneath the film, so we ask that you please allow a 7-14 days for the film to cure. Outside temperatures and humidity will affect how long the curing process will take.
There may be some bubbles that appear in the first few weeks after installation. This is why we always recommend notifying us within a week for a PPF check up so we can keep everything looking perfect! If any edges lift or pop up on their own, please refrain from touching these. We will asses and replace anything that may not be repairable.
Yes and no. We recommend using silica sealants, especially if you also have a ceramic coating applied over your PPF. Every 3-4 months, an application of your silica sealant will ensure your PPF looks as new as when it was first installed.
