Frequently Asked Questions

Are there any special aftercare instructions for ceramic coatings?

After applying your ceramic coating, your vehicle must avoid water exposure for at least 12hrs and at most 24hrs. The coating will cure and bond to your paint during this time. After 24 hours, avoid any washing for the next seven days.

How often can i wash my car/motorcycle?

After the seven days, when your coating has fully cured, we recommend you wash your vehicle at bi-monthly or every other week. Please be sure to use a ph-neutral car shampoo and avoid shampoos that have wax added to them.

Can I put wax on my coating?

Best not to. We highly recommend against apply any paste or spray waxes on your coating. The coatings hydrophobic properties not only far outperform waxes, but also prevent the wax from sticking to your coating and paint.
